Reading the archive stays free for everyone. Licensing covers commercial reuse, volume, delivery, and support. Terms, prices, volumes, and service levels are confirmed in a written agreement; nothing on this page is an offer until then.

Attribution stays with the record

Every VoteFiles card, extract, and API response used in public must keep a visible "Powered by VoteFiles" credit and the official source link. Use this credit line wherever you publish VoteFiles records:

How we find publishers who use VoteFilesOur standard hosting logs already record which websites load the embed script or public data endpoints and which pages send readers through a "Powered by VoteFiles" link. A daily job keeps only the website name, the date, and a request count. It stores no visitor address, browser detail, or page path from your site.
