Vote Files
Every record on VoteFiles links the official source that proves it. When you cite VoteFiles, cite that official source too, so readers can check it themselves.
Permanent citation pages
Each citable record has a permanent address at https://votefiles.com/cite/<id>. The ID is built only from the record's official identifier, so it does not change. Add ?format=json for the machine-readable version. A citation page shows only fields from the official record, the official source link, and the date you accessed it.
