  • County canvass deadline: November 13, 2026 (within 10 days after the election). (Miss.   • Recount request deadline: No automatic recount law; closest mechanism is a ballot-box examination request within 12 calendar days after certification. (Miss.   • Election contest filing deadline: Within 20 calendar days after the election (county/county-district office; general election). (Miss.   • Mail and military ballot receipt and cure deadlines: November 10, 2026, 5:00 pm (mailed ballots, within 5 business days of the election, postmarked on/before Election Day); UOCAVA email/fax deadline 7:00 pm Nov 3, 2026. (Miss.
